Alaina Hillier, Reg. CASLPO.
Doctor of Audiology, Audiologist
Alaina Hillier received her masters in Audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 after completing a Honors Bachelors in Kinesiology. In 2012 she was awarded her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida. In 2013 she completed the Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) course under Dr. P. Jastreboff. Alaina has been working as an audiologist in the Niagara Region for the last 6 years.
Alaina Hillier provides counselling on communication strategies as well as management strategies which can be used when communicating with individuals. Striving to have each patient involved in the process, she educates on hearing loss both in the clinic and the community. Her education, clinical experience and community involvement all play a role in providing her patients with the best hearing care possible.
She is a registered authorizer with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), registered with Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and many other insurance companies.
Leslie Goodman is the Office Administrator at South Niagara Hearing Clinic. She grew up in Fonthill and looks forward to meeting everyone. Pop in the office and say hello.
